Racal 9520 Nixi Tube Frequency Counter With Few Problems

Racal 9520 Nixi Tube Frequency Counter With Few Problems.  as you can see from pictures the machine reads frequencies ok but few issues.

1.  the second digit from left to right has ghosting . few of the digits are on at the same time. the main number is much brighter than the error ones.

2. The uS measuring option dont seem to work. 

3. the unit only measures upto 9.950MHz

only racal counter for sale. all other parts are for testing only.
