These are genuine Analog Devices Wide Band Width High Speed Buffer amplifiers. They are designed to provide high current drive at frequencies from DC - 125MHz
These came from de-commissioned MOD lab, They were installed in metal sockets mounted on to a metal brackets which has been removed.
