DT4306 are 30 Watt 500V high-power NPN transistors for use in "regulator, power supply regulation and inductive switching circuits".
Please note these are TO-3 package transistors but some are employ a non-standard encapsulation with a separate mounting ring but are the same spec as a TO-3 package.
