Signal isolation matching Transformer used for impedance matching from a large military antenna amplifier. not sure of the power rating or the frequency range.
Measuring with a fluke meter the primary is 55 to 58 ohm and the secondary is a centre tap 2 x 20 to 25 ohms. the primary is only one tap. The rest of the pins are only for soldering support, also on the primary side the middle pin seem to be a grounding plate .
Please note the colour of the transformer might be different from the pictures. All are potted or covered. Some might be missing one support pin.
